Abstract: As consumers increasingly demand quick delivery of products to their homes, the drone has emerged as a viable solution. However, the use of drones as transport vehicles has outpaced resolutions to privacy and security concerns, as well as the creation of appropriate legislation and regulation. In this paper, we discuss the issues of privacy and security related to the use of the drone as delivery vehicles, as well as the unique challenges drones present to our current legislative and federal agencies charged with oversight of airspace and well-being of our citizens.
